If the full text does not download, even after several attempts, you can try downloading each of the six parts separately. Or use Firefox or Opera; these browsers can resume interrupted downloads. As another option, readers with PCs have suggested using the Flashget download software, which allows secure download (and resumption of interrupted download) even on bad, frequently interrupted communication lines. Mac OSX has the 'resume download' feature built into Safari and Firefox. Mac OS9 users can use the free ViaHTTP software. If you still have problems downloading, send me an email.
